Sometimes it can feel as though we’ve been raised to behave, get the grades and perhaps aspire to perfection, but being brave can sometimes be missed as we grow up, taking chances feels unnatural. 

ThoughtWorks advocates for diversity in the workplace and in technology, battling these ideas together and hearing thought-leaders talk about their experiences our aim for this event series is to work together to create a level playing field.
