**This event is primarily for women by women, but men are welcome too!**

Do you want to progress? We can help you to help yourself!

Come and try to [1] benefit from a little peace, [2] hear and share ideas, [3] meet a like-minded ‘buddy’, [4] learn about BCS Women and other networks.

We encourage you to L.E.A.D. (i.e. Learn, Exchange, Advise, Discuss).

18:15. Part 1: ‘Calm 20’ [**Quiet session – no entry after 6:15 pm**]
Wind down after your busy day – join us for 20 minutes of relaxation and calm reflection. Our chair-seated guided meditation could help you find some inner peace. No special clothing or training required – come as you are!
Guide: Vasanti Patel, Project Manager, Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University

b. Buddy fast networking – an opportunity for you to meet other like-minded people and talk about mutual interests.

c. What can you do next?

Please note that those registering under ISACA agree to have their details passed on to ISACA for verification purposes.
More information on this event can be found on the BCS London North Branch Website.

We are using BCS ‘no-show monitoring’ for free event tickets.
This follows the high number of ‘No-Shows’ at recent NLB free events (i.e. people who registered then failed to attend), resulting in many unused seats despite ‘full house’ registrations.

Closing date for bookings is Tuesday 21 February 2017 at 11:59 pm. No more bookings will be taken after this date.
