Join RBS Women and BCSWomen Scotland in a masterclass led by Gail Logan CPCC who will be sharing the attributes commonly found in these ‘high potentials’, what it takes to make it onto the list and some of the challenges associated with being there. There are 5 X-Factors and it’s possible to develop all of them. So if you want to secure your next promotion come along and find out more
